HORIZON Dispatch enables seamless nationwide group voice and video calling, connecting one or more dispatchers with pre-programmed or dynamic call groups. The system supports full-duplex calls for individual conversations, where both parties can speak simultaneously, and half-duplex calls for group communications.
GPS Fleet Tracking

What is PoC and how does it work?
Push-to-Talk Over Cellular (PoC), also known as Radio over IP (RoIP), refers to handheld two-way radios that use the internet to access cloud-based communication services. These devices support both voice and video calling. When the push-to-talk button is pressed, voice or video data is converted into digital signals, compressed, and transmitted to a cloud server, which then broadcasts the message to a specific recipient or an entire group.
To enable internet access, a SIM card with a data plan is installed in the PoC device. This allows users to connect through 4G, 5G, and LTE cellular networks provided by Mobile Network Operators, as well as Wi-Fi networks.
With Hytera’s HORIZON subscription-based PoC service, users gain access to the HORIZON Nationwide PoC cloud controller via cellular and Wi-Fi networks. Additionally, third-party gateway routers ensure seamless connectivity between the cellular network and the cloud-hosted PoC controller.
